Gun Interactive has released The Texas Chainsaw Massacre update 1.14 (PS5 version 1.000.016) on all platforms this Feb. 24, and this is to bring in a fix to the Nicotero Leatherface bugs that surfaced from the free DLC title update released a few days ago. A rapid patch will be going out at 10 AM EST to fix issues with Nicotero Leatherface’s saw audio when equipped with other Leatherface variants and issues with Leatherface’s new execution audio. Restart your game to see this update.

As you can see, double XP is also live right now. There’s no word on whether there are other gameplay-related fixes in this patch, but if we spot any, we’ll update the article with the info. Hopefully this patch doesn’t break anything from the game, which is what happened two weeks ago when a patch broke the game on PS5.
