The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Year 2 Plans Announced With the “Content Pass”
Developer Gun Interactive has confirmed we’ll be seeing more The Texas Chain Saw Massacre content in the future! Those who can’t get enough of the horror multiplayer game, the devs have confirmed The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Year 2 plans.
What Can Players Expect From Texas Chain Saw Massacre Year 2?
Gun Interactive announced the “Content Pass” which will house a new Family Member, a new Victim, a new Execution Pack, four new cosmetics and early access to the new free game mode, “Rush Week.” This slate of new content are planned to be released from September through February 2025. The Content Pass will be priced at $19.99 and be available for purchase starting this September.
Rush Week details will be shared at a later date, but it’s confirmed that this mode will be free to all players, which we’re presuming will be slotted in via a title update.
In addition to the Content Pass, Gun Interactive also mentioned that they — along with their studio partners — are working on other pieces of content such as a new Leatherface Skin, a Victim Hair Pack, a new map, weather variants for maps that are already out, more cosmetics and execution packs. These items will be available for purchase outside of the Content Pass, and are also slated to be released from September to Feb. 2025.
Just last week, the studio released a new title update that introduced new cosmetics and other fixes.
