The Witcher 3 Next-Gen Upgrade Release Set for December 14, Will Contain New Content Inspired by Netflix Show

Those looking to play The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, the announcement you’ve been waiting for is here! CD Projekt RED has finally announced The Witcher 3 next-gen upgrade release date for December 14! As one might expect, it will house some additional bells and whistles, and even new content, too!

In the press release, CD Projekt RED announced that a physical edition of the next-gen upgrade for The Witcher 3 will be available, with the specific date set to be announced at a later time. There’s also going to be a new REDstreams from the studio next week where gameplay from the next-gen version of the hit game will be shown off.

As someone who loved The Witcher 3 and played it non-stop when it launched, players are in for a treat! This should whet appetites for the upcoming The Witcher remake recently announced as well.
