TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Dimension ShellShock DLC Announced With Trailer; Adds New Character & Game Mode

Tribute Games and Dotemu have announced that TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles): Shredder’s Revenge will be getting an all-new DLC called Dimension Shellshock later this year, bringing loads of new content.

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Dimension Shellshock will bring a new playable fighter, Usagi Yojimbo from the self-titled comic book series and fan-favorite ally of the Turtles. The rabbit samurai is featured in the new gameplay video for Dimension Shellshock which also showcases a glimpse at the new style of inter-dimensional battles.

Apart from the new playable character from Usagi Yojimbo, Dimension Shellshock also includes a new game mode, new original music from the same composer (Tee Lopes), and alternative color schemes for playable fighters. Dotemu promises that these updates will be detailed “at a later time.”

Separate from Dimension Shellshock, Tribute Games teases a second free update that will be released for TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge offering players a range of color palette options. Dimension Shellshock and the second update follow the previous free update which added Custom Game options and much more.

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Dimension Shellshock DLC will release later this year for PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox.
