The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Dimension Shellshock DLC is launching August 31, 2023 on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, for the price of $7.99. This expansion to the acclaimed old-school 2D brawler released by Dotemu in June 2022 places the spotlight on two new fighters, Karai and Miyamoto Usagi. But this isn’t the only news regarding the four fighting turtles, as a completely free update is also coming alongside the upcoming expansion.

As the synopsis notes, this update adds a new survival mode that introduces collectible crystals allowing you to jump from dimension to dimension, each with its own unique look and feel. The free update isn’t as bulky, bringing alternate color schemes to use with your fighters, giving the colorful game an extra visual touch.
