Feeling bloodthirsty? The Vampire Survivors Whiteout Update has just been revealed for patch 1.7, and it includes some shiny new content for survivors to try out (perhaps with a friend). Get ready for a new map, a new character, a new weapon, and more!

Vampire Survivors Whiteout Update Content

• New Stage – A new stage, Ultra Whiteout, makes an appearance in the game. It’s a wintry wonderland full of horrific snow creatures.
• New Weapon – Survivors have access to a new weapon: the Glass Fandango. This weapon stabs large shards of glass outwards from your survivor towards enemies.
• New Survivor – Surviving for 20 minutes on Ultra Whiteout unlocks She-Moon, an enchantress-type character. She fits the aesthetic of the new update perfectly.
• New Enemies/Upgrades – Fearful new enemy types and a handy new upgrade also make an appearance in the Whiteout Update, so get out there and find them.

We can never have too much Vampire Survivors content. This game is the gift that keeps on giving. Regular updates like these keep the game from getting stale and keep us coming back every time.

The trailer lists no release date for the Whiteout Update, just that it’s “coming soon.” The description teases a global release in “a few weeks.” It’s likely that this’ll come out sometime around Halloween, but we’ll let our readers know when the update drops.
