World of Warcraft Classic Is Getting Cataclysm Classic in 2024

World of Warcraft Classic players hoping to see the Cataclysm expansion make its way over will be excited to know that Blizzard has announced the Cataclysm Classic! It’ll arrive in the first half of 2024, but in the meantime, enjoy the cinematic trailer.

According to Blizzard Entertainment, the expansion will feature a few changes based on players’ feedback and requests. It’s available for pre-order on Battlenet, along with some story and editions details:

“The maddened Deathwing the Destroyer erupts from his lair once again, shattering Azeroth as we know it. With Cataclysm Classic, your journey continues into the era of fire and destruction. This time, however, you’ll enjoy a much faster content cadence, improvements to Leveling, expanded Collections, and more!”
