Apex Legends New Update 1.000.136 Applied on PS5 to Fix Voice Errors
Following the big Street Fighter collaboration patch for Apex Legends earlier this week, Respawn has issued a new game update for the PS5 version of the free-to-play battle royale, and this is to fix errors.
PS5 gamers will see it as Apex Legends update 1.000.136, and this should be a small download.
Read on for the fixes applied today, as well as the current known issue the dev team are looking into.
Apex Legends Voice Error Fixed on PS5
Per Respawn’s statement today, they are investigating: “We’re aware of an issue on PS5 systems that results in errors in non-English voice lines. We’re actively working on it and hope to have more information soon.”
The studio commented that this issue is now fixed, and added, “If you were affected by this, please restart the game after downloading our small client patch. Thank you for your patience while we worked on a fix.”
The only issues the dev team is looking in to per the official Apex Legends Trello board are:
- Entering an Alter portal may drop players in the incorrect place
- Players are able to clip through the ground of some structures on Broken Moon
In other shooter news, extraction shooter ARC Raiders will soon test a PvE matchmaking next month.
