Code Violet Update 1.000.026 Adds New Settings, Enhanced Hit Reaction Visuals
Following the first update for Code Violet released four days ago, TeamKill Media is back with another new patch on January 14.
Players will see this download appear as Code Violet update 1.000.026, and aside from applying bug fixes, this also improves hit reaction visuals, and even adds new settings like Film Grain and more.

Improvements & Enhancements
- Enhanced hit reaction visuals for better clarity when taking damage
- Camera tweaks to prevent clipping behind the player — it now pivots upward when obstructed
- Implemented new RAD audio compression for improved overall sound quality
New Settings Added
- Film Grain setting added to Main and Pause menus
- Aspect Ratio setting for full-screen gameplay added to Main and Pause menus
- Motion Blur setting added to Main and Pause menus
Bug Fixes
- Resolved issue where the retinal-scan communications door could re-lock when backtracking
- Fixed rare lock-up when switching from automatic to semi-automatic weapons
- Corrected weapon fire rate carrying over incorrectly when swapping weapons mid-burst
- Fixed New Game+ starting outfit not applying correctly
- Resolved visible gun slide error during T-Rex boss cutscene
- Fixed rare case where the Antidote could not be used
- Prevented continued walking movement when opening storage while moving
- Blocked interaction with the Generator puzzle after completion
- Fixed inventory opening after death
- Fixed issue where volume settings in Main and Pause menus did not scale correctly from 0 to 100
