Dying Light 2 Update 1.61 Drags Patch 1.20.1 to Fix Bothersome Bugs

Techland is back with another patch for Dying Light 2. This time, it’s to deal with some pesky bugs that surfaced from the Winter Tales 2024 patch released last week. Console gamers will see this as Dying Light 2 update 1.61 on PS4/XB1 and version 1.061 for PS5/XSX.

Dying Light 2’s update 1.61 Download Fixes Winter Tales 2024 Issues

• Fixed an issue where some Winter Boons were not reset after death and respawns.
• Fixed an issue where Santa’s airdrop gear would go missing from the inventory if the player picked it up while they were being attacked.
• Fixed various text and localization issues.
• Fixed an issue where the Coal Mine lacked proper visuals in its armed state.
• Fixed an issue where kicking armored Infected triggered the wrong SFX.
