Hell Is Us Patch 1.6 Hotfix 1 Released for Minor Update 1.009
Developer Rogue Factor has pushed out a hotfix for the version 1.6 patch released two weeks ago. Console gamers will see this hotfix as Hell Is Us update 1.009 (complete version 1.009.000), and this is a small download across the board.
Given this is a hotfix, don’t expect any new features or major changes made outside of bug fixes.

Hell Is Us Receives Ver. 1.6 Hotfix 1 as Update 1.009
Here’s what got fixed per Rogue Factor:
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed enemies not completely dying when using Gluttony or Lingering Pain glyphs.
- This could soft lock the game as you would no longer be able to interact.
In case you haven’t updated the game since version 1.6 dropped, some of the changes made and bug fixes appliied include:
Changes:
- Optimized combat / enemy memory allocations
- Optimized memory in all maps
- Removed interactible icons during interact and conversations
Bug Fixes:
- Crash in Keystone of Terror Boss Fight
- Fixed memory leaks associated with UI and cinematic
- Fixed crash in damage dealing projectiles
- Fixed crash when falling
- Fixed crash in collision overlaps when releasing a throwable
- Fixed crash with Nacon Identity functions
Aside from hotfixes, don’t expect a lot of patches to be released for the game. But if one does get pushed out, expect it here on MP1st.
