MLB The Show 24 Update 1.10 Bunts Out for Game Update 10

San Diego Studio has released MLB The Show 24 update 1.10 (PS5 version 1.010, Xbox 1.0.0.85) today on all platforms, and this is for game update 10. The Switch version will be released at a later date. This update comes with new uniforms for the St. Louis Cardinals and more. Check out the May 23 down below.

PATCH NOTES:

GENERAL: 

• St. Louis Cardinals City Connect uniform has been added.
• Fixed a bug where a baserunner would “disappear” after using quick manage to simulate a hit.

DIAMOND DYNASTY: 

• When buying a pack, users can now access a web page that displays drop rates for items contained in a pack.

ROAD TO THE SHOW: 

• Fixed a bug where pitchers’ throw buttons were incorrect when picking off base runners with throw mapping set to “fielder”.

STORYLINES: 

• Fixed an issue where new Storylines tiles would disappear after being completed.

MISCELLANEOUS: 

• Various commentary and presentation updates.

DEVELOPER NOTES: 

• Swing animations: We’ve updated swing animations to be tied to the final pitch location, rather than the PCI placement location. Previously, users were seeing way outside swings occasionally on inside pitches and vice versa. This update only changes the swing animation shown and will not impact the result.
