Developers Truant Pixel has released the RUNNER Update 1.006 for today March 1, bringing with it a whole new social screen mode, a spectator-assist mode, and more for PlayStation VR2.

The new spectator-assist mode essentially allows cooperative play locally, as it adds controller support for spectators to control the bike while the VR player can focus on shooting. A video was released from the studio to show this in action, which you can watch below.
As for Ouest 2 owners, Truant Pixel did confirm that many of the features included in this update will be making their way to the platform in its next major update.
The RUNNER is now available on the PSV2 and Oculus Quest 2.
