Bethesda has released (The Elder Scrolls Online) TES Online update 1.007 for PlayStation and Xbox, and this contains a small list of fixes. Check out TES Online March 28 patch notes.

Hi everyone, today we performed a hotfix that will add a three-minute timer* between console NA and EU megaserver logins, per platform. For example, if you log into Xbox NA and then want to log out and go to Xbox EU, there will be a three-minute wait between those log in attempts starting from the moment you first log out. This hotfix is to ensure a better technical experience and provide additional security for accounts switching between different megaservers.

The hotfix is now complete as it took place during scheduled maintenance. If you run into issues, please restart your game or submit a customer service ticket. Thanks everyone.

*The timer between megaserver logins is also subject to change in the future.
