The Outlast Trials Hotfix on July 16 Released via Update 1.60/1.000.058
After the Project Boneyard update was released two days ago, Red Barrels has now released a hotfix, which is something we expected.
Players can download The Outlast Trials update 1.60/1.000.058, and this brings a short list of fixes to the horror game.

The Outlast Trials Project Boneyard Hotfix Released on July 16
Here are the changes made today:
- Clarification: Console players can toggle cross-communication voice chat by holding the Start button. This is listed in the Controller Layout screen, but was not clearly communicated.
- Reverted the controller input changes for minigames introduced in Season 7. This feature will return in the future as an optional setting.
- Fixed an issue where interrupting a Backstab would incorrectly kill the Reagent instead of putting them into an incapacitated state.
- Fixed an issue where corrupted names above AI Imposters would not appear.
- Fixed an issue where a decal would not correctly appear in the Prison Farm Trial.
- Fixed an issue where the Health Sickness Variator in Escalation Therapy would not permanently reduce the player’s maximum health, removing the intended need to use Health Sickness pills.
- Fixed an issue where Imposters could not slash a Reagent affected by Neuroshock under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where Reagents could fall through the world if killed by a Slash while exiting a hiding spot.
- Fixed an issue where the Backstab animation would not play correctly if triggered while a Reagent was attempting to escape a Steel Trap.
- Reduced the maximum number of respawns granted by Revive Pills in Escalation Therapy from 5 to 2.
