WWE 2K22 update 1.21

Visual Concepts has pushed out WWE 2K22 update 1.21 (PS5 version 1.021), and this is an unexpected patch for the game given we already have WWE 2K23 in our hands. Don’t expect anything major from this patch given that the latest version of the wrestling sim is already out. Read on for what’s new in the WWE 2K22 May 11 patch notes.

File Size: 38GB (PC), 1.5GB (PS5)

Update: Still no word on what’s new from Visual Concepts, and chances are, we won’t hear anything at all about it. However, we’ve added an issue that this patch has caused.

Bugs/Known Issue From Patch 1.21:

  • First vacate the wwe/universal championship then have two superstars fight for the vacant wwe/universal championship and watch the victory scene. – (via thephapster)

As one might expect, Visual Concepts has not acknowledged today’s title update, which is not surprising  given the last few updates for the game were treated the same way. We’re checking in with the game’s support page, and once we see anything about this patch, we’ll update the article.

We’re on the lookout for any changes from the community as well, so expect us to update this article if there are any changes/tweaks spotted.
