WWE 2K24 New Update for Today Adds Scott Steiner ’98 Person Card, Stability Improvements

It seems Visual Concepts has released a WWE 2K24 new update for today (September 11), and this is mostly for stability improvements, but there seems to be a new addition as well. Those on consoles will see this as WWE 2K24 update version 1.17 on last-gen, and version 1.017 on current-gen.

This is a huge download, so don’t be surprised if this contains the data for the upcoming SuperStars Pack set fore release on September 18.

WWE 2K24 Update 1.17/1.017 Patch Notes:

Visual Concepts has not released the official patch notes just yet, but social media users have pointed out that this patch has added Scott Steiner ’98 (Big Poppa Pump) Persona card.

Alongside that The Movement wrestling content creator states the following fixes (though unverified):

Online match stability improvements for matches with entrances enabled
MyFACTION online match stability improvements
Additional game stability improvements

As for the Superstars Pack out next week, here’s what to expect from it per the game’s roadmap:
