GTA Online – Patch 1.05 Now Available For Download, Notes

As promised a few days back, a patch that Rockstar promised would address a couple of annoying GTA Online issues is now available for download on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The patch, which weighs in at a mere 59 mb, addresses such issues like character progression not being saved when there’s a cloud outage and more. For the full details, feel free to view the notes below:

• Built in measures to prevent users from losing their progress when there is a cloud outage
• Built in a number of measures to protect players’ cash balances even if there are network problems
• Fixed an issue where on rare occasions during network problems the player could lose their Online vehicle or mods after exiting GTA Online

With the release of patch 1.05, this can only mean one thing: the first of two deposits from Rockstar’s GTA$500,000 Stimulus Package should be arriving by the end of the week! Good news for those who have been patiently waiting.
