DBZ Xenoverse 2 Update 1.001.002 Version for PS5:

In the last week of April, Bandai Namco acknowledged the server issues that surfaced after the latest update that brought in the Future Saga Chapter 1 DLC.

We have just confirmed that the problem of not being able to connect to the Xenoverse server has been resolved.
When you connect to the server again, you will see the pop-up message ”Your data does not match the data on the Xenoverse server. Do you want to overwrite the save data on the server and start the game?”, and if you press “Yes”, you can take over the saved data you have been playing with. If you press “No”, there is a possibility that you will not be able to transfer the saved data correctly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please continue to enjoy Xenoverse 2.

Over on the game’s subreddits (yes, there’s more than one), various users have chimed in that the servers were finally fixed!
