Minecraft Update 3.40/1.050 Released on June 19
Just a few days ago, Mojang released the Chaos Cubed update for Minecraft that added new features and a good amount of bug fixes.
Today, that’s followed up by a hotfix that players will see as Minecraft update 3.40/1.050 on consoles.
As one can expect, this doesn’t include new content, but was released for fixes.
Minecraft Hotfix for June 19 Brings Version 3.40/1.050 on Consoles
Oddly enough, Mojang hasn’t released any changelog for today. But some of the issues that have surfaced after the Chaos Cubed update are available below.
- The pillagers and piglins retain their loaded crossbow pose even in their death animation
- Cursor when you open inventory is in a weird place
- Killing endermen, bees, and wolves in creative mode activates their rage state during their death.
- The textures of the pillagers and blazes are incorrect.
- Performance bug Minecraft ps5
- Goat horn volume changes when looking up or down
- Old experimental sulfur cubes tops are broken
- Black stripes appear on water when viewed from a distance
- Sulfur Cube transparent layer can be seen through certain blocks
- Problem in the image preview gallery in the profile menu.
- Menu background visual glitch after logging out of server
- Nintendo Switch crashes whenever loaded in/ loading into world
- Quick and precise inputs are delayed
- The Japanese font is no longer Noto Sans
- Minecraft textures suddenly become messed up
- mouse stops working when in-game
- Mutton doesn’t show up in the “new recipe unlocked screen”
- Chaos Cubed notification disables wireless controller input
- Two Torch Clocks No Longer Work
Once the patch notes are up, we’ll update the article with the info, though we suspect this patch is more for performance-related fixes than anything else.
