Resident Evil Village Third-Person Demo Out Today; RE:Verse Getting a Battle Pass, Update Roadmap Revealed

During today’s Resident Evil Showcase, Capcom not only featured new looks at Resident Evil 4 remake and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, but we also got news on Re:Verse’s update roadmap, as well as the announcement that the Resident Evil Village third-person demo is out today!

Resident Evil Village Third-Person Demo:

The RE Village third-person demo is out now, and can be played for free for 60 minutes! This lets players test the third-person mode and the default first-person mode as well.

Resident Evil Re:Verse Update Roadmap and Crossplay Early Access Beta Dates:

Also announced at the event is what’s coming to Resident Evil Re:Verse in terms of free title updates! It’s confirmed in it that the free mode available in RE Village will be getting a Battle Pass, too.

No word yet on how much the Battle Pass will cost, but chances are, it’ll be around $10 which puts it in the same price point as other games’ Battle Passes.

Finally, the crossplay early access dates were revealed too!
