While Arrowhead Game Studios has pumped out patches to alleviate Helldivers 2’s issues regarding logins, rewards and connectivity, it sadly hasn’t been resolved completely. The studio is aware of this, and as of today, have granted Helldivers 2 bonus XP and Requisition at an added 50% multiplier for a limited time, as compensation for players’ reward pay out issues.
Helldivers 2 Bonus XP and Requisition Details:
Arrowhead announced that the 50% multiplier starts today, February 16, until Feb. 18 (CET). During this duration, Helldivers 2 will grant all players XP and Requisition at a 50% multiplier on top of your base mission score. Players will be able to tell this additional bonus multiplier is active when you see a Game Master Effect labeled “Accounting Corrections” while on the Super Destroyer.
Of course, this is a band-aid for the problem, though given how frequent Arrowhead has been releasing updates, we’re hoping this and other technical issues are resolved soon. Hopefully, these tech issues are resolved soon, so the devs can focus on developing gameplay improvements, and some of the new — and free — content promised to players.
