Asobo Studio has just announced their upcoming game, A Plague Tale: Requiem, has officially gone gold. The announcement reveals the game is in fact on track to release in just two months on October 18, 2022.

The month of October is ripe with highly anticipated games. This includes WB Games Montreal’s Gotham Knights which has just recently gone gold as well. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is also releasing in October, and its campaign is set to release a week early for all those who pre-order the game digitally.

After escaping their devastated homeland, Amicia and Hugo travel far south, to new regions and vibrant cities. There, they attempt to start a new life and control Hugo’s curse.
But, when Hugo’s powers reawaken, death and destruction return in a flood of devouring rats. Forced to flee once more, the siblings place their hopes in a prophesized island that may hold the key to saving Hugo.
A Plague Tale: Requiem is coming out on October 18 for the Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. The game is available for pre-order now on the game’s official website and is also coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one.
