Cold Iron Studios has released Aliens Fireteam Elite update 1.39 (PS5 update version 1.039) on all platforms, and this is to implement bug fixes to the shooter. Check out what’s new in the official patch notes for the game’s December 12 update.

• We’ve deployed a hotfix for a bug related to the ‘Guard Dog’ perk that caused performance issues.

Yep, that seems to be it. Given how Cold Iron Studios has confirmed it’s now working on its new project, don’t expect any major updates to Aliens Fireteam Elite, if any at all. We did get the big patch in October that introduced a good list of quality if life adjustments.
