ARC Raiders System Requirements for Minimum, Recommended and Epic Detailed
ARC Raiders is launching later this month, and ahead of that, and the upcoming server slam playtest, Embark Studios has released updated system requirements to play ARC Raiders on PC. If you previously played the playtest, not much has changed beyond the requirements needed for epic settings.
In which case, you’re going to need at least an NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti or an AMD RX 7900 XTX.
ARC Raiders System Requirements
As revealed in some freshly updated FAQ on the ARC Raiders Discord channel, here are the PC system requirements that you’ll need to run in the game on various settings.
ARC Raiders System Requirements – Minimum
Performance Targets: Low graphics settings, resolution scaling balanced, 1080p, 60 fps
- OS: Windows 10 or later 64-bit (latest update)
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K / AMD Ryzen R5 1600
- RAM: 12GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / AMD Radeon RX 580 / Intel Arc A380
- Other: DirectX 12; Broadband connection
ARC Raiders System Requirements – Recommended
Performance Targets: High graphics settings, resolution scaling balanced, 1440p, 60 fps
- OS: Windows 10 or later 64-bit (latest update)
- CPU: Intel Core i5-9600K / AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- RAM: 16GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT / Intel Arc B570
- Other: DirectX 12; Broadband connection
ARC Raiders System Requirements – Epic
Performance Targets: Epic graphics settings, resolution scaling quality, 1440p, 90 fps
- OS: Windows 10 or later 64-bit (latest update)
- CPU: Intel i7-9700K / AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- RAM: 16GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti / AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
- Other: DirectX 12; Broadband connection
Based on these specs, the game isn’t too demanding. Epic only requires a CPU that is 6-7 years old now. The GPUs are the most demanding aspect of it, as they’re still relatively new and expensive to own. However, all things considered, it doesn’t require a top-of-the-line card, such as an RTX 4090 or 5000 series card, or an RX 9700 card.
Overall, these requirements should meet the needs of most players. We’re glad to see that Embark Studios is focusing on optimization, rather than trying to brute force things with higher premium cards that only a tiny fraction of the PC community has.
