When Studio Wildcard said that Ark Survival Ascended PS5 Version would be released at the end of November, they meant it! That’s right, Ark Survival Ascended is launching on the PS5 on November 30, the last day of the month.

“Ark Survival Ascended PlayStation Launch Update: We appreciate your patience while we worked to launch Ark: Survival Ascended on PlayStation. In our last announcement, we were expecting a launch date in early December, but we are thrilled to announce that the launch date has been set for this Thursday, November 30th at 9:00 am Pacific.
Similar to other console launches, the new set of official servers will not go online until a few hours after the launch to allow ample time for downloading. this will ensure everyone has a fair chance to join the game and experience Ark: Survival Ascended. The new official servers will also go online with bonus rates (for a period of time) to allow for everyone to catch up.

Though great news, the team does warn that the previous join failure issue that was plaguing the Xbox and PC release was still present in the PlayStation version, noting that a patch was currently awaiting certification.
“The join failure issue we previously fixed on PC/Xbox is going to be present on PlayStation until our next patch goes through certification. We hadn’t identified the issue at the time of submission so it won’t be available at the time of launch. We will keep you updated!”
And finally, for those wondering where the Thanksgiving event that was supposed to start yesterday, the Studio Wildcard confirmed its been delayed to December due to incompatibility issues with PlayStation.
Turkey Trial Update:

The Turkey Trial event required a new major version that would have been incompatible with Playstation.
In order to fully test our event pipeline and allow everyone to fully experience Turkey Trial, we've moved the start date to next Friday, December 8th.
The Turkey hunt will commence on December 8. It’s late, but I suppose that’s better than never.
Ark Survival Ascended is now available on PC and Xbox Series X|S, with the PS5 version launching tomorrow, November 30.
