Treyarch has released Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update 1.39, and this is to further beef up the game’s security after the IP exploit became widespread. While a patch for this was released just last month, the studio has rolled out another one, which also included changes to party privacy settings. A new security update has been released for all platforms.

Additionally, party privacy settings for all users are now set to “Friends Only” by default.
