Treyarch has deployed Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update 1.41 and this is another unannounced update for the game. Read on for what’s new in the BOCW new update patch notes for September 20.
Black Ops Cold War Update 1.41 Patch Notes:
Size: 39GB. 2.3GB (Steam), 5.9GB (Xbox)
So far, Treyarch has not made any mention of the patch notes or even acknowledge the update. Some Reddit members of the Black Ops Cold War subreddit states that this added new Modern Warfare 3 banners (you got to have that cross-marketing, right?), while others state that this is to add bundles in the in-game store.
The latest update from the Call of Duty Updates Twitter account mentions a matchmaking fix for Warzone and that’s it.
We’ve just released a small update that mitigates an ongoing service issue with our partner that prevented PlayStation Players from matchmaking. Players should now be able to successfully login and matchmake again, but some social features may remain temporarily…

Bear in mind, the update could very well be tied to security, which was the reason for last month’s Black Ops Cold War patch.
Once we find more about the patch, we’ll let our readers know. If you spot any changes, leave a comment below and let us know.
