Artplay has whipped out the Bloodstained Ritual of the Night update 1.31 patch on all platforms, and this (finally) adds Aurora from Child of Light into the game for the Nintendo Switch version! For those on other platforms, this patch includes fixes for the game’s “top issues” according to the devs. Read on for the Ritual of the Night June 1 patch notes.

Hi, everyone.

After too long a wait, Aurora will arrive on Nintendo Switch Thursday at 9am PT!

For all other platforms (PC, Xbox, PS4, Stadia, Luna). update 1.31 will land at the same time and include bug fixes for the current top issues.

Unfortunately, no info other than that has been shared so far. We’re hoping that this fixes achievements on Steam (which should be part of the top issues the game has). Once the official patch notes have been released, we’ll be sure to update the post. Don’t forget, the game is getting a sequel, so best to make the most of this one while we can.
