Paradox Interactive has posted a Cities: Skylines 2 gameplay deep dive video focusing on the Traffic AI and tools they have used to “build more realistic and immersive traffic simulations.” Developers discuss the lengths they take to improve and expand the task of managing traffic.

Furthermore, the developers have posted a blog post that goes into detail about all the changes being made to Cities: Skylines 2 traffic AI from its predecessor, and other upgrades. You can read all about that right here.
There is also a roadmap for all the upcoming dev diaries, along with the topics they will discuss. Since Traffic AI has been covered, the next and third dev diary is scheduled for July 3, and covers Public and Cargo Transportation.
Cities: Skylines 2 will is set to launch later this year on October 24, 2023, for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. It will also be available with Xbox Game Pass on the same day.
