COD Warzone Dev Error “Diver” Download Bug Stopping Players From Playing – August 2 (Update)
It looks like that aside from cheaters, Call of Duty Warzone players are running into other issues that prevent them from playing the game. Currently, a flood of COD Warzone dev error posts have appeared on Reddit, and this is confirmed to be happening on all platforms (consoles, PC).

Raven Software has (thankfully) acknowledged the server issues and are currently investigating:
