Bandai Namco Entertainment has made quite a killing off publishing Souls games and even its own Soulslikes: the company has announced that Code Vein sales have reached over three million units sold worldwide across all platforms since its September 2019 release.

Check out the announcement below:

Bandai Namco Entertainment published FromSoftware’s legendary Dark Souls games for years before the release of Elden Ring, which sold over 16 million copies less than a year into its release. With 2019’s Code Vein, it sought to blend Soulslike gameplay with the animation style of its God Eater IP, replacing the infamous Undead with powerful vampiric fighters known as “Revevants.” Though Code Vein did not achieve levels of success comparable to Dark Souls, it is nevertheless a formidable game in its own right, as evidenced by the three million units it has sold since its launch.

If you’re looking to hop into Code Vein right now, the game is available for free through all three tiers of PlayStation Plus for the month of March 2023, and has an 85% discount on Steam as well. Elsewhere, the Bandai Namco-published Elden Ring has become the most-awarded game of all time, and is all set to receive a new story expansion
