Dead by Daylight Update 6.300.100

Behaviour Interactive has released Dead by Daylight update 6.200.100, which is for bugfix patch 6.2.1! This brings a long list of adjustments and fixes to the Resident Evil crossover update released last week. Read on for the complete DBD Sept. 6 patch notes.

Features

  • The Mastermind
    • Increased the size of Survivor detection for triggering grabs with Virulent Bound
    • Damage done with Virulent Bound now counts towards the Chaser emblem

  • Fixed an issue that caused a subtle camera offset in-game which lead to motion sickness in some players.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the face of survivor Carlos’s to be contorted after being Mori’d by some Killers
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Mastermind to be able to grab survivors through thin walls when using Virulent Bound.
  • Fixed an issue that may cause the Mastermind to be unable to grab survivors with his Virulent Bound near some stairs.
  • Fixed an issue that may cause survivors to clip inside assets when slammed into them by the Mastermind’s Virulent Bound.

The gen rush is by far the least of the problems. it’s swf it’s always been swf they are amazing and it’s your job to not be who look silly in the end of the match.

this is the biggest problem, apart from making generators there is clearly not much to do, the totems? useless if they are not inflamed, the crates? ok but it literally takes 5 seconds to open. recently I made a match that ended in 5min (I even have a video) knowing that the previous update added 10seconds of work on a generator to finish it, it’s not enough. in 90 sec a generator can be finished, if the work is done in cooperation it can go to 45 sec, not to mention the proof yourself and all the rest. this game should take its example from Friday the 13th, there at least there are a lot of things to do before escaping. I’m not saying the survivor should be easy prey, just the game isn’t diverse enough.

No. The survivors need to be able to at least fight back because the wiggle takes hella long and you can wiggle and be to the end and killer can still place you on the hook, while killers can body block hooks ect.. full of 💩

Yeah, same about killers, camp, tunnel all this… They should stop the time of the sacrifice if the killer is close. This game is too “simple” survivors should have more interactions for exemple the exit door Can be hidded just like the hatch and after all generators are end few boxes appear and they have to find a Map to make appear the door and know the location. Survivors can have 1more hit, the Map can be much bigger…. There is lot of possibility!!!

I agree with you, survivors have few defenses, most are easy prey. both sides have problems, survivors don’t have enough to do other than spin the killer and “fix” a generator with just a progress bar and skill checks. on the killer side it’s frustrating to finish a game in 5min when you’re not bad at it, I’m not talking about bodyblocking or that kind of thing because it’s still rare for that to happen. personally when I play survivors if I see that the generators repair themselves too quickly I don’t end up mine even if it means leaving them at 99% and leaving, because for me too it’s not fun when I escape in 5 minutes. on the survivors side, it would be necessary to add objectives, such that the exit door is invisible, like the trapdoor. when all the generators are finished, boxes would appear and in one of them there could be a card to make the door appear and mark it for the other survivors, and there could be 2 more generators. In exchange, the survivors could take 2 more shots, so 4 shots or even 5 if dead hard. there could be an automatic kill hit to counter the tunnel, the maps should be bigger, and the hook countdown should be paused if the killer is near. honestly there are so many things to do but for that the developers would have to review absolutely everything and that’s probably why they don’t do anything.

Dead by daylight, instead of fixing the bugs it should be fixing the way players cheat with the killer bring them to where people are hidden and other players mad so they find you in closet and keep opening and closing it to trigger the audible to the killer. These female players or male be something else.
