The horror-themed Among Us-esque multiplayer social deduction game, Deceit 2, now has a release date. Deceit 2 release date has been confirmed by the developers to be August 31 across PC and consoles.

This is World Makers’ debut on consoles and Deceit 2 will feature full crossplay compatibility between consoles and PC. Players can expect revamped gameplay mechanics, overhauled graphics and lighting systems built using Unreal Engine 5, and an immersive horror experience with the game’s launch.

However, if you can’t wait for the launch and want to try out the game earlier, you’re in luck. World Makers is conducting a team exhibition at the TwitchCon in Paris on July 8 and 9. The exhibition will have game stations that are set up to play rounds of Deceit 2 and to talk directly with the developers at Booth #170-Y.

Deceit 2 launches for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC with full crossplay support on August 31.
