While a lot of guardians are excited for today’s launch of The Witch Queen expansion for Destiny 2, it seems some players on PC are experiencing issues. Bungie has acknowledged the Destiny 2 PC crashing issues that have surfaced this February 22, and it seems to be tied to graphic cards.

We're investigating issues where some PC performance optimization apps for graphic cards and fan speed control are causing Destiny 2 to crash.

Players encountering issues are encouraged to fully exit out of these applications before launching the game.
