First up is a new trailer showing the Vow of the Disciple raid and the journey to World First:

On March 5, at 10 AM PT in Destiny 2, Bungie will release the Vow of the Disciple raid. Guardians must venture into the Pyramid ship lurking within the ominous swamps of Savathûn’s Throne World to discover a dark secret.

If you’re not living in the West Coast, here are the corresponding times for the release date of Destiny 2 The Witch Queen raid:

  • 1 PM ET
  • 2 AM HKT
  • 7 PM CET

As is the case with every raid, there will also be a Contest Mode for Vow of the Disciple in Destiny 2 The Witch Queen. Here are the details on it, as noted by Bungie:

For the fireteams who wish to enter the Vow of the Disciple World First race, please note that Contest Mode will be active for the first 24 hours:

  • Contest Mode will cap all players at 20 Power below each encounter for 24 hours.
  • Artifact Power will be disabled during Contest Mode.
  • Each team’s Power Cap is 1530 for all the encounters.
    • Being above 1530 will not provide any additional advantage.

Players who wish to be updated on the fireteams who will try for this raid’s glory can head over to the official Raid Race site.
