Following today’s Diablo 4 update released on all platforms, it looks like connectivity issues have surfaced for the game once again. Multiple Diablo 4 down reports have surfaced this October 20, with gamers reporting that they are stuck in a “start game pending” and “queued for game” loops.

Reports have surfaced on the game’s official forums and the game’s subreddit as well, and for those wondering, yes, this is affecting PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

So far, Blizzard’s official customer service Twitter account hasn’t acknowledged the outage, though we expect that to change soon.

I’ve experience this “Start game pending, long queue wait time before” All you can do is wait and be patient and hope it’s resolved. Oftentimes it said the queue wait time was like 400 or 500 minutes, until you restart and the queue wait time jumps around periodically. It would say a few minutes, then i’d wait and it would jump up to like 400 or 500 minutes.
