Blizzard has pushed out Diablo 4 update 1.021 on all platforms, and given we just got the big Season of Blood patch yesterday, don’t expect anything major from this outside of fixes. Read on for what’s new in the D4 new update patch notes for October 18.

Diablo 4 Update 1.021 Patch Notes | D4 New Update Patch Notes for Oct. 18:

Update: Blizzard has released the patch notes for today’s client patch.

• Bug Fixes
• Fixed an issue with cross-platform play that prevented players on PC and console from playing together.
• Various Improvements to stability.

So far, Blizzard has not revealed any patch notes just yet, though we are expecting that to change very, very soon. What the studio has announced is a hotfix which was released earlier on PC.

We are investigating on a follow-up update for console players and will provide updates as soon as they are available. We appreciate your patience and will continue to monitor player posts and messages.

• Fixed an issue where werebear skills would not always trigger correctly while under the effects of Grizzly Rage
