Dragon Ball FighterZ Upcoming Update

In a press release, Bandai Namco has announced a slew of Dragon Ball FighterZ info. Not only can you sign up for the Dragon Ball FighterZ beta, but the pre-order incentive and Dragon Ball FighterZ Collector’s Edition has been detailed as well.

The DRAGON BALL FighterZ Collector’s Edition will be offered with an MSRP of $139.99 and will include the following items:

  • A copy of DRAGON BALL FighterZ
  • 7” Goku statue with exclusive “Manga Dimension” coloring
  • Exclusive STEELBOOK
  • Three Art Boards
  • A CollectorZ box to house all the items listed above

ThDRAGON BALL FighterZ preorder offer (boxed version) will include the following items:

  • Two early unlockable characters (SSGSS Goku & SSGSS Vegeta)
  • Two exclusive lobby avatars

  • Players can sign-up for a chance to participate in the DRAGON BALL FighterZ Xbox One closed beta by going through the Xbox Insider program. Players looking to sign-up for the chance to participate in the PlayStation 4 closed beta can do so by visiting https://www.bandainamcoent.com/news/dragon-ball-fighterz-closed-beta-application and following the steps detailed on the webpage.  
  • Players will want to start their finger and hand stretches in preparation for DRAGON BALL FighterZ’s Closed Beta, coming in September 16th – 17th 2017 for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Finally, if you need a little more footage of Dragon Ball Fighter Z in your life? If so, a new trailer for the upcoming fighting game based on the super popular Dragon Ball series has surfaced this morning. The footage gives us our first look at a few of the recently announced playable characters, such as Android 16, Android 17, Android 18 and of course Piccolo. You can check out the fast-paced action of these new characters by simply viewing the trailer that’s included above.

Though, it should be noted from the footage provide by Bandai Namco the publisher for the game, it seems that Android 17 is just there to assist Android 18 for certain moves. 

Dragon Ball FighterZ is expected to arrive February 2018 on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
