As promised earlier, EA Sports has unveiled FIFA 23’s Top 25 Premier League and Most Improved player ratings. The roster for the top 25 Premier League players in FIFA 23 is led by Kevin De Bruyne, standing at an overall 91 rating in the game. He is followed closely by Mohamed Salah, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Virgil van Dijk who all have an overall 90 rating in FIFA 23.
