Fortnite Down and Won’t Load Any Modes on March 29, as Epic Working on Fix

It’s the weekend, and if you were planning on loading into Fortnite’s various modes, and it won’t load, it’s not your ‘net connection, but Fortnite is down on March 29. This comes on the first weekend that we got the OG Season 3 rollout that was pushed earlier this week.
While you might be able to load the game, you won’t be able to load any mode, or you’ll experience the lobby is bugged.
Fortnite Modes Won’t Load Properly for Players on March 29 (Update 2)
Update 2: It seems we spoke too soon. Epic has acknowledged that players are having issues logging in, matchmaking and selecting a game. The studio is currently investigating and will have an update later today.
Update: And just like that, matchmaking and lobby issues have been fixed per Epic!
Players have reported an outage hours ago, and it seems to be getting sorted slowly, though some have mentioned that they were able to play for a bit, and then the servers melted again.
Epic Games has confirmed the outage stating, “We’re working to fix an issue where players are unable to matchmake or select games in the lobby.” The last update from the company was two hours ago, where the studio mentioned, “Matchmaking Offline Update: we’re still working to bring matchmaking back online for all players affected.”
With the server issues, Epic has postponed the OCE Div CUp Final and will announce a rescheduled date at a later date. Once we know or if Epic provides an update, we’ll mark it in the article.

I was able to load my most recently played game from yesterday after waiting in the lobby for a while (About 10 min.) but still can’t select my preferred game mode, when I did load my game there were about 20 others in it.
Just dancin’ in the lobby. Map name blank and no game modes. Tried on both Xbox and Switch.
still a no go on a PC for me. Just my character standing around and no options for any game modes to select.

I restarted my whole console. Nice thing though is you can still go o the shop and loom at the passes

I was able to play one ranked reload game but that’s it
There were modes earlier today. Now, none. I have my locker, shop, passes and levels completed. Everything else doesn’t show
i was playing ranked but i got kicked out of the game and i could only see what i was playing but couldnt change the map then i realised more people had the same issue.

I was having a few eird visuals in the lobby for the last few days, but could play. As of about an hour ago I can’t select any game modes on PC.
