Forza Horizon 2 Presents New Standalone Fast & Furious DLC, Free Until April 10

In celebration of the upcoming Furious 7 film, Microsoft has announced a partnership with Universal Film Studio that will bring racing fans on Xbox One and Xbox 360 a new movie-themed expansion in Forza 2 Horizon based on the world of Fast & Furious.

The title will serve as a standalone expansion to Horizon 2, meaning the original game won’t actually be needed.

It will take place in France before the film where drivers must acquire vehicles for the mechanic Tej Parker, portrayed by Chris “Ludacris” Bridges. Iconic cars, including the 1970 Dodge Charger R/T driven by Vin Diesel’s character are included. New rides from the Furious 7 include the 1998 Toyota Supra, 1970 Plymouth Road Runner, 2012 Nissan GT-R, 1970 Plymouth Cuda, 2013 Jeep Wrangler, 2014 Maserati Ghibli S and 2015 Dodge Charger.

The title will be available for free when it launches on March 27th until the film is released on April 10th, by which point the game will cost an inexpensive fee of $10.
