Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising DLC Characters and Roadmap Revealed; Fantasy Relink Demo Inbound for PS4, PS5 This January

Those looking forward to new content for Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, you’ll be getting that with the start of 2024 and beyond! Publisher XSeed has announced the first wave of Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising DLC characters as well as the game’s official roadmap!

Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising DLC Characters and Roadmap:

Shown as part of the Granblue showcase, Arc System Works has marked the dates January 16, “late February” and until October, as when players can expect new content.

As you can see, Lucilius will be available on January 16, with 2B out in late February, Vane in April and Beatrix set for release in May. It seems the developers have more planned for August and October, but will be ready to share the info at a later date.

Alongside the new fighters, players can expect a new stage, new in-game features and an online lobby update to be available in the first two months of 2024, while a new game mode (Grand Bruise), new online lobby minigame, a new bonus story, and another new game mode is set to be released within April up to October 2024.

Alongside the Fantasy Versus news, Cygames has also announced that Granblue Fantasy Relink will have a demo available in January 2024 on the PS4 and PS5!

As for Granblue Fantasy Versus, it’s out now, and you can read our review of it here, where we state,
“Rising is a perfect entry point to the series for those who are new and especially those excited about the upcoming action RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink. There is even a free version of the game with rotating characters that is releasing alongside the game, so feel free to give that a try before purchasing the full version of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.”
