What’s better than one, two, or even three Halo titles being made available for Xbox One backwards compatibility? Yep, that’s right, four of ’em!
The official Halo Twitter account confirmed the news that Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo 4 and Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary are all now playable on Xbox One. What’s more, they are all compatible with free DLC!

Now would be a good chance to get some of those tricky multiplayer-only achievements which may have eluded you in years past. I know there’s a few Halo 3 multi-kills that I need to pick up!
It might seem silly to get excited about playing old games when new titles like Destiny 2 just came out, but for those of us who grew up with Halo, diving back into such an iconic franchise is a nostalgia trip that shouldn’t be missed.
What will you be playing?
