Krafton has just confirmed that it will be announcing a brand new IP at gamescom 2022. The new IP will be set in a sci-fi world and will feature turn-based gameplay.

To kick off its activities at the show, KRAFTON will participate in this year’s gamescom: Opening Night Live showcase on Aug. 23. During the showcase, Unknown Worlds co-founder and game director, Charlie Cleveland, will officially reveal a new IP set in a sci-fi world that features imaginative turn-based gameplay.
Krafton also announced that Striking Distance Studios’ CEO, Glen Schofield, will personally take the stage at gamescom and will share a new look at The Callisto Protocol.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in The Callisto Protocol’s Inmate Bioprocessing Scan. This is a special photo opportunity that will be indicative of what awaits all players when the game releases later this year.
This year’s gamescom will take place between August 24 to 28, and will be a hybrid event. Fans who wish to attend the event are free to purchase a ticket right now on the gamesom’s official website
