HexWorks has rolled out Lords of the Fallen update 1.037, and this is after yesterday’s big patch that resolved the visual degradation issues and more. Don’t expect much from this given this is a follow up patch which usually means another fix was added.

Lords of the Fallen Update 1.037 Patch Notes for March 8:

Oddly enough, HexWorks has not acknowledged the patch or released anything about it. Usually, the studio is on top of the changes made and communicate it ASAP.

While we don’t have the patch notes for this title update, we do know some of the issues still plaguing the game thanks to the community.

Umbral ending still bugged on PS5 – Still bugged the umbral ending when you use the lamp on gerlinde to reach the mother (ps5). I finished that ending 2 weeks ago and did again to get the trophy from the iron wayfarer, 2 patches still no fixed. I love this game and im on the side that think that it’s a gem that only need some love and maintenance but damn… I want to keep playing with my character. I don’t even need to get the ending, i just need to be able to restart the ng. (via SDovah)

Potential Fixes:

Yeah it’s still bugged. One way you can prevent the crash is to look at the ground when you’re on the second platform. Just immediately point the camera down. If it still crashes, get on the platform, use the lamp to move it, and then immediately turn around and jump off towards the main platform. Then use the lamp again to pull the little platform back, get on it, and move it normally forward while still looking at the ground. That did it for me when just looking at the ground wouldn’t prevent the crash last time. (via doomraiderZ)

What worked for me was unequipping everything. Armor, rings, spells, weapons. This worked for me first try. (via ResolveLeather)

Character Creator bug – There’s a bug in the character creator that prevents you from tweaking facial features using the fine tune feature for female characters, though it works as expected for male characters.(via supercakefish)
