Some footage showing off one of the multiplayer modes in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has surfaced, giving us a glimpse of whats to come.
In the video below, you’ll watch as a player infiltrates another player’s base of operations in hopes of recruiting new soildiers for themselves, and capturing other resources scattered around the other player’s base. Skip to the 17-minute mark.
This is just one of hopefully many different multiplayer modes that Metal Gear Solid V will offer. No details whether or not it will feature the traditional Metal Gear Online component in past MGS games, though it is most likely that it will.
MGS5 releases on PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometimes next year.
