Visual Concepts has released the NBA 2K24 gameplay reveal, and as one might expect from a sports sim running on new hardware, it looks fantastic!
While we do get snippets of gameplay, it’s also spliced with live-action moments as well.
As you can see in the trailer, there’s a bunch of features exclusive to the current-gen versions of the basketball sim, and in this case, it’s called “ProPlay.”
NBA 2K24 will introduce ProPLAY – a groundbreaking newtechnology that directly translates NBA footage into NBA 2K24 gameplay. ProPLAY delivers animationsand movements via on-court NBA action for a generational leap in authenticity on PS5 and Xbox SeriesX|S. More details on Mamba Moments and ProPLAY will be released later this summer.
NBA 2K24 will be available on Sept. 8 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and PC.
