New Destiny 2 Weekly Reset October 29, 2024 and Eververse Inventory
As Xur and his merchandise exit Destiny until next Friday, a new set of weekly activities and Eververse offerings have been pushed out to keep players busy. The new Destiny 2 weekly reset October 29, 2024 refresh of activities is now live, detailed in full below along with the new Eververse inventory.

Nightfall – The Ordeal: The Lightblade
Modifiers:
- Nightfall: Advanced
- Shielded Foes: You will face combatants with [Arc] Arc and [Solar] Solar shields. Activity modifiers may add more shield types.
- Overcharged Weapons: Weapon overcharges from the Seasonal Artifact are active in this activity. Kinetic weapons do increased damage when your Super element matches an active surge.
- Advanced Modifiers: Extra Shields
- Champion Foes: You will face [Shield-Piercing] Barrier and [Stagger] Unstoppable Champions. Visit the Character or Mod Customization screen to view your active anti-Champion perks.
- Arc Threat: 25% increase to incoming Arc damage.
- Overcharged Grenade Launcher: 25% bonus to damage for all Grenade Launchers.
- Increased Vanguard Rank: All Vanguard Rank point gains are increased!
- Double Nightfall Drops: All Nightfall loot drops are doubled.
- Stasis Surge: 25% bonus to outgoing Stasis damage.
- Void Surge: 25% bonus to outgoing Void damage.
- Galvanized: Combatants have more health and are more difficult to stun.

- Expert Modifiers: Locked Loadout Extra Shields
- Equipment Locked: You will not be able to change your equipment after this activity starts.
- Randomized Banes: Combatants are granted random Banes.

- Counterfeit: When defeated, combatants can drop explosives disguised as familiar items.
- Nightfall: Grandmaster

- Grandmaster Modifiers: Extinguish Limited Revives Contest Join In Progress Disabled Extra Champions Locked Loadout Extra Shields
- Extinguish: If your fireteam falls in a Restricted Zone, everyone is returned to orbit.
- Limited Revives: Limited fireteam revives. Gain additional revives by defeating Champions.
- Famine: All ammunition drops are significantly reduced.

- Grandmaster reward: Rake Angle (Adept)
- Pinnacle reward: Earn 200,000 cumulative points by completing Nightfalls.
