NHL 22 Update 1.31 Skates Out for Patch 1.3.1 This Dec. 16

EA has released the NHL 22 update 1.31 patch this December 16, and this is for patch 1.3.1 (PS5 version 1.031) ! This includes gameplay-related changes, and doesn’t add any new content. The official short list of patch notes can be seen below.

• Improvements to goalies when on the post and shots are coming in at tight angles and from behind the goal line
• Fixed an issue where in some cases players higher rated in faceoffs were losing to lower rated players during tie breaks in the mechanic.
• Improvements to interceptions and pass disruptions

While today’s title update doesn’t include a long list of changes or new content, the patch released on December 9 included a long list of adjustments, which you can read right here.
